Tenders and Contractual Obligations

This course is recommended for licensed builders and tradespeople, business owners and managers, administrative support roles, or other building related roles wanting to improve their skills in preparing tenders and managing contractual obligations.

Upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attendance in Tenders and Contractual Obligations.

This course is scheduled into the sessions listed below:

Session 1: Accessing and Reviewing Tenders
Session 2: Preparing Tenders
Session 3: Legal and Financial Obligations
Session 4: WHS and Personnel, Fair Trading and Environmental Legislation

The virtual classrooms are scheduled as one 2-hour session per week, on weekday afternoons and evenings. You can choose from the selection of timeslots available that best suit your schedule.

You will have access to the online course for a maximum of 6 months.
