Supervision

This course is recommended for tradespeople and those working in management supporting roles, looking to improve their supervisory skills or step up into a Supervisory role.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attendance in Supervision.

This course is scheduled into the sessions listed below:

Session 1: Project Planning
Session 2: Administering Payments and Claims
Session 3: Communication and Site Management
Session 4: Quality Management and Practical Completion

The virtual classrooms are scheduled as one 2-hour session per week, on weekday afternoons and evenings. You can choose from the selection of timeslots available that best suit your schedule.

You will have access to the online course for a maximum of 3 months.
