Supervision and Administration

This course is recommended for tradespeople and those working in management supporting roles, looking to improve their supervisory skills or step up into a Supervisory role. 

This course is scheduled into the sessions listed below:

Section 1: Supervise the Administration of Claims and Payment Processes
Section 2: Supervise and Maintain On-site Communications Documents Used in Projects
Section 3: Ensure Management of and Compliance with Quality Control Procedures
Section 4: Complete Project Administration Processes

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Completion in Supervision.

You will have access to the online course for a maximum of 3 months. After 3 months, your online access will expire and no refunds will be provided.

All you need is your laptop/tablet/computer, a quiet place, and speakers or headphones, and microphone. Once you login to learn you'll be connected to educators and colleagues, as well as having access to our learning resources, videos and more!

To support your learning, recorded tutorial videos can be accessed at any time along with course notes. Students have the flexibility to watch these videos at any time, or multiple times and can start/stop when needed. This is beneficial for revisiting or reinforcing what you are learning.

Students can access customer service support during standard business hours.
