Project Planning

This course is recommended for licensed builders, renovators, site supervisors and tradespeople, or other building related roles looking to improve their planning skills to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running projects.

Recommended Experience: 

• Read and interpret standard construction plans
• Knowledge/awareness of industry roles on site

Upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attendance in Project Planning.

This course is scheduled into the sessions listed below:

Session 1: Reading Residential and Commercial Plans
Session 2: Non-Structural Aspects to Specifications
Session 3: Building Applications and Approvals

The virtual classrooms are scheduled as 2-hour sessions on weekday afternoons and evenings. You can choose from the selection of timeslots available that best suit your schedule.

You will have access to the online course for a maximum of 3 months.
