Project Cost Control

This course is recommended for those working in administration, financial roles or building related roles to enable their skills in monitoring costing systems on medium rise and commercial building and construction projects.

Recommended Experience:

• Managing business finances for building and construction 
• Accounting and financial principles

Upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attendance in Project Cost Control.

This course is scheduled into the sessions listed below:

Session 1: Project Costs and Expenses
Session 2: Progress Payment Claims and Cash Flow
Session 3: Financial Performance and Reports

The virtual classrooms are scheduled as one 2-hour session per week, on weekday afternoons and evenings. You can choose from the selection of timeslots available that best suit your schedule.

You will have access to the online course for a maximum of 6 months.
