Processes and Personnel

This course is recommended for those working in residential or commercial building and construction businesses, administration roles, financial roles or building related roles wanting to learn more about Processes and Personnel.

Recommended Experience:

• WHS in the building and construction industry
• Project management in construction
• Basic industrial relations knowledge

Upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attendance in Processes and Personnel.

This course is scheduled into the sessions listed below:

Session 1: Identifying and Engaging Subcontractors
Session 2: Monitoring and Managing Subcontractor Performance
Session 3: Communication and WHS Management
Session 4: Managing Site Operations and Progress Claims

The virtual classrooms are scheduled as one 2-hour session per week, on weekday afternoons and evenings. You can choose from the selection of timeslots available that best suit your schedule.

You will have access to the online course for a maximum of 6 months.
