The Contracts course teaches the terms and conditions, negotiation, preparation and monitoring of contracts for building and construction projects. This includes the administration of contractual obligations, including terms of payment.
This course is recommended for anyone who is in a customer facing role or has a customer service focus.

Section 3: Contract Preparation
Upon successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Completion in Contracts and Disputes.
You will have access to the online course for a maximum of 3 months. After 3 months, your online access will expire and no refunds will be provided.
