Course Overview

Failing to plan means planning to fail.

Without direction, you waste time, money and resources. Projects vary, but a plan prepares you.

In this course, you'll learn about types of reports and documents for planning. Topics include supervision, scheduling, resources, equipment, task lists and project sequencing.

In building and construction, project planning adds structure, improves communication, manages risk and helps meet project goals on time and within budget.
